Vachn Gill ~ Owner & Senior Therapist
After enduring chronic and prolonged illness as a teenager Vachn developed an interest in alternative ways of treating the mind and body and qualified as a Reiki Master and Reflexologist in 2003.
She holds a BSc. and taught Anatomy and Physiology at a School of Reflexology for 3 years and formed a practice of her own in Galway. She also travelled around the country running Healing Areas at music festivals and presenting and treating the public at Holistic Fairs.
An opportunity arose in 2009 mid recession to take over a beauty salon in Loughrea. She took it and hasn’t looked back. After accidentally ending up in Loughrea 3 times in a decade, she finally took the hint the universe seemed to be throwing her way and put down roots and settled in Loughrea town with her now husband.
With 18 years of experience she is one of the busiest Holistic Therapists in Loughrea with Specialties in Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Energy Therapy and Dowsing.

Sinead O’Dwyer ~ Manager
Sinead’s background is in the catering industry where she’s worked several years at management level.
She initially came to The Sanctuary Centre as a client and found that she loved their work ethos and really connected with the family feel of the salon and joined the team in 2016.
Sinead has worked her way up from Receptionist to Manager in the salon and is usually the lovely voice you hear on the phone when you call to book in an appointment.
